Title: How can I convert brix to percent water?
Post by: trapper_dave on August 02, 2007, 12:36:24 AM
I am using a hydrometer to test the percent moisture in my honey.  I have a hydrometer calibrated at 68F.  I can find correction tables for hydrometers on the net.  But they are all talking about the brix scale.  How can I use my hydrometer that measures percent moisture with these correction tables?  It seems like the two are similar enough to make this work.

Thank-you,
David
