Dear all.
I am looking for an answer to this question when we say that 99.1% assay on anhydous basis or 99.1% assay on dried basis. If anyone can help with the calculations also then it will be great.
With Regards

The only difference that could be made between the statements is as follows:
xx.x% purity on anhydrous basis implies that only the water content has been taken into account.
xx.x% on a dried basis implies that the material will have had all possible liquid impurities (water, solvents, residual liquid chemicals) removed by the drying process.
