Title: Thermophysical properties of compressed air
Post by: Katya on May 25, 2010, 07:21:08 PM
Hi there,

I have an assignment question in which I need to find and refer to a table that lists the thermophysical properties of compressed air for temperatures ranging from 245K to 2500K. I'm not entirely sure what this means and don't know where to find such a table. Any suggestions on where to look would be appreciated.

Thanks

Katya

Katya:

My 6th Edition of "Perry's Chemical Engineers' Handbook" (pages 3-162 to 3-165) has a table of compressed air thermophysical properties ranging from pressures of 1 to 1000 bar and temperatures from 80 to 2500K.
