hello guy saffron aroma is from Safranal Chemical element do this element there is in
nature or i'can Obtain that from elsewhere if no there is other things who have saffron
aroma?

Safranal appears in plants other than saffron (Crocus sativus).

Nothing, this is the same molecule, just seen from other side and at different angle.

i just know few saffron compounds but saffron contains more than 150 compounds.golden yellow color is from Carotenoid and Picrocrocin has a bitter taste and is the chemical most responsible for the taste of saffron,Safranal is responsible for the aroma of saffron and also there is few percent humidity and fat.
anyone know other saffron compounds and that contains percent.
please highlighted effective compounds for appearance,taste and smell.

The best source I know of is a material safety data sheet (MSDS) of the chemical. These can be found usually by googling the chemical name followed by MSDS. For example googling "Cineole MSDS" gave me http://www.sciencelab.com/msds.php?msdsId=9924005
Though this might not be easy for all of them as some chemicals have multiple names. If you need help with any specific ones I'll see if I can't find safety data for you.
