AWK

Drinking distilled water is bad for you?

Depending on where you go on the internet it is a myth or a fact.

I could not get an answer on SNOPES.

Basically what they suggest is that drinking only distilled water leads to demineralization. Occasional sip doesn't matter.

I saw a youtube video some time ago about a company that produces "depleted water" for drinking. That's water with less D2O. They said something about health benefits of lighthydrogen water.
