Title: textbook: "Principles of Descriptive Inorganic Chemistry"- Wulfsberg
Post by: orgo814 on December 19, 2012, 06:09:17 PM
Hi All,

I have a question. For the book "Principles of Descriptive Inorganic Chemistry" by Gary Wulfsberg... is there a solutions manual to this book to accompany the textbook? Usually chemistry textbooks have one.... and they are usually quite helpful!

If anyone has used the book or taught this course using this book, please let me know!

Thank you.

Have you asked publisher?

Have you asked publisher?

Oftentimes publishers will only hand it over to authenticated teachers.

Thank you for your responses. I checked and there is no student solutions manual- which surprises me since they are great study aids.... helped a lot in my chemistry courses. But, I e-mailed the professor, and apparently he posts the answers outside his office.

Does anyone have any experience with this textbook and whether it was good? Any tips for doing well in inorganic chemistry as well? I will be taking it the same time as organic chemistry 2 (no way out of that one... but I did well in orgo 1 and was able to get an A- with hard work and enjoy chemistry). I'm just not sure what to expect from inorganic chemistry...

Yes. Best place to check is the publisher. And if the solutions manual is not available to everyone, for obvious reasons we will not help finding it.
