Title: electrostatic structure makers

can someone tell me if i'm correct in my understanding of electrostatic structure makers, electrostatic structure breakers, and hydrophobic structure makers?

My understanding is that electrostatic structure makers are ANY ion that causes a net disordering effect (increase in entropy... or possibly decrease too?)

Electrostatic structure breakers result in an increase in entropy and are limited to nonacidic cations and nonbasic anions since they are generally large and disrupt water's fine structure (iceberg structure).. resulting in increase in entropy, etc

Hydrophobic structure makers are when there is a decrease in entropy... (build the structure of water sorta)... example can be nonacidic cations with organic chains on them which can get in the cavities in water molecules releasing the loose water molecules further building the iceberg structure.
