Dear all

I want to know the  health effect of copper rust (blue color scale on copper due to moisture)

Are you going to eat it?
This is basic copper carbonate and its toxicity is related to toxicity of the copper content.

but the copper will be immersed in drinkable water

Copper is essential to all living organisms as a trace dietary mineral.
The suggested safe level of copper in drinking water for humans is about 2.0 mg/l.

It seems interesting that many places use Copper Tubing in house hold drinking supply systems.

pipe for drinkable water is copper there fore it seems okay if i use copper immersed in drinkable water application

Rather brass (copper alloy with zinc).
