Title: Assigning a plausible structure with H NMR
Post by: sun725 on April 06, 2017, 05:05:44 PM
Hi

I have the following H NMR:  http://imgur.com/a/rjmbH
IR: http://imgur.com/a/KbRB7

So using. IR, I can see that we (may) has an amine because it's broad with spikes around 3400.

... This is also confirmed by the fact that we have a halo in the range 3.5 -4. I can also see a CH3 (singlet) at about 2.5

I can't seem to figure this molecule out. I'd truly appreciate some help.

Thanks in advance.

It could be something like 3-Chloro-2-methylphenylamine, I cannot help more with these informations
