I'm currently in my first year degree project
For sour natural gas of removing H2S by DEA:
1) what concentration of DEA should i use? Whats the effect of the concentration on the absorption of H2S.
2) For the regenerator , to regenerate the Rich-DEA back to the Acid Gas Removal Unit,
a) what's the effeciency of the regenerator in stripping the H2S from the Gas?
b) Whats the temperature i should use?

I have attached my PFD which i had drawn using AutoCAD and the question for my project below. The question never mentioned that DEA was a solution. I had found literature reviews saying that DEA normally used around in the concentration range of 30-40% concentration. but i could'nt find the rate of absorption of H2S by DEA at 50 degree celcius with only H2S and no CO2
Later the Rich DEA will be treated to regenerate back lean DEA , whats the amount of Lean DEA generated and what temperature should be suitable ?
