Title: Estimating a T1/2 at various temperatures
Post by: bastifantasti on September 25, 2018, 11:30:41 AM
Dear all,

I would be super-duper happy if anyone can push me in the right direction with this - i am no kinetics expert at all...

I have deduced the T1/2 of a protein binding to a receptor using a biacore/SPR. This T1/2 was 3 hours. The experiment was performed at 21 degrees c. Is there a way for me to estimate the T1/2 at 4 degrees c?

I would really appreciate any help or advice.

Kind regards,

Sebastian
