Title: Determining the partition coefficient of acetic acid between n-butanol and water
Post by: AussieKenDoll on December 13, 2018, 05:20:17 AM
Does acetic acid have different forms like dimers when it distributed to n-butanol layer when determining the partition coefficient of acetic acid between n-butanol and water?

I dont think so, but even if it has Dimers. You determine the content in both phases and calculate the factor.
