Seems to be nonfunctional: http://beta.search.msn.com/ :P
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
3. Forum Supports LaTex

works just fine for me. I remember hearing somewhere that microsoft crawled the crap out of google's results, and is basing their new algorithms on what google uses.
