Cu2Cl3
« on: June 06, 2007, 09:13:24 AM »
Apparently, one can determine the empirical formula of copper chloride to be Cu2Cl3 (as opposed to CuCl or CuCl2) and this determination is not due to error.  I am having a difficult time figuring out how this can be so.
Any help?
