I will be attending the ACS conference in Boston this fall. I will be there exploring the city on Saturday night and I'll be leaving Wednesday afternoon (August 18th through 22nd). If anyone would like to meet up let me know. The meet-ups always fare very well. I'll of course be giving the daily conference commentary that is the bread and butter of chemistry blogs.

As a new venture in this digital age, I will also try to convince random chemists to let me interview them for a new podcasting site ChemRadio: http://www.chemradio.com
The success or failure of these experiments will of course be presented for your consumption.

My cell phone number is 1-(510)684-8092
in case you need to get a hold of me at the conference.

Edit 1: Someone has told me they are looking for a room mate to help split the costs of a hotel room in Boston. If you're interested leave a comment below. The person is male and very affable.

Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Always start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
3.

Coincidently, we are having a conference overhere too. The 12th ACC (http://www.ikm.org.my/12acc.htm)  in Kuala Lumpur this 23-25 August. Nobel Laureate Professor F Sherwood Rowland and KC Nicolaou will be giving a talk. Really looking forward to it.

So, you have a nice time and enjoy yourself.

I may be venturing down to Boston for that.

You just don't run out of ideas do you.  Smiley

I like how you include the country code.

I'm in Boston as well -- and would be interested in chatting about a social networking project.

Any time on Tuesday free?
