Total Saponins gravimetric method?...please *delete me*

Does anyone know where I can find a gravimetric method for finding Total Saponins (or even a UV-Vis spectrophotometric method)?  I dont know if it needs to be specific to the botanical I am analyzing, which is Tribulus terrestis, but any information would help.  Thanks for the *delete me*
