How do I find the pH of this solution.

What is the pH of a 0.011 M Ba(OH)2 solution?

Yes, I attempted to solve this problem, The problem is I don't know what Kb is. I don't know how I can solve this problem without knowing what Kb is. How would I solve this problem?

I would start assuming full dissociation, Ba(OH)2 is a strong base.

I would start assuming full dissociation, Ba(OH)2 is a strong base.

Thanks, I have another question, how can you tell if a compound is a strong base?

You remember them - alkali metals, plus Ca/Sr/Ba. Some quaternary ammonium cations.

Everything else is weak.
