Oxalic acid dihydrate titration with KOH

0mG 1 d0in6 teh ch3M LA83 titratti0n and i d0n t no wtf 2 do!!!11

How do I get the concentration of KOH when titrating oxalic acid dihydrate with it?

H2C2O4*2H20 (s)   +  2KOH (aq) --> K2C2O4 (aq)  +  4H20 (l)

do you use the 2H2O in the mole ratios and in the molar mass?

English is the official language here.

In this case water is needed only for oxalic acid molar mass, otherwise it can be ingored.
