CCl4 , CHCl3 , CH2Cl2 , CH3Cl .

Can you draw the line/wedge structure of these?  If not google.

Which way is the dipole bond in the C-Cl bond?

Cl is more electronegative then C, so there is some polarity...but in some of the molecules listed the polarites cancel out, giving lower dipole moments or even no dipole moments...i.e. CCl4

As "AK" said, CCl4 has no dipole moment
In other cases, the vectorial sum of dipole moments of three C-Cl bonds seems like to be more, than the same sum for two C-Cl bonds, and each of them ought to be more than one single vector.
(Not taking into account possible influence of Cl atoms on each other. Hope it doesn't have any significant effect)
