I'm stuck on these lab questions

So we are fermenting sucrose to get ethanol using yeast.I did the other questions but I don't know these
1. After fermentation what is the precipitate in the Ca(OH)2 solution. Write the balanced equation for the reaction that produces it

2. Why is it impossilbe for 100% ethanol to be obtained from fractional distillation of the fermentation mixture?

For #2, look up the meaning of 'azeotrope.'
