9.5 x 10^-9 = x2 ÷ (6.25 x 10^-5 -x)

You are on the right track, but as AWK pointed earlier - this should be concentration, not number of moles.

Oh so close!

Have I finally got it now...?

Ka nicotine= 10 -8.02 = 9.5 x 10^-9

9.5 x 10^-9 = x2 ÷ (8.33 x 10^-4- x)
x= 2.8 x 10^-6 = [H+]

(pH = 5.55)
