hi,this question is related to detection limit.how can i calculate detection limit (at signal to noise ratio=3)from a calibration plot?

Using the standard deviation (SD, from replicate injections of your lowest STD), the LOD is calculated as follows:
LOD = 3.3 x SD / Slope, also LOQ = 10 x SD / slope
As listed in the ICH Q2 (R1) guidelines
