spectrophotometry
« on: May 17, 2005, 11:42:08 AM »
I am doing this report on finding the amount of tartrazine in macaroni and cheese. I found an experiment online using derivative spectrophotometry. I am doing some interviews to explain all the scientific terms, but I want to have a little background information. I understand spectrophotometry, but if you could explain ity a little more to me, that would be great! Hello Mode,

After reading the article, there seem to be many scientific terms that could be listed.  Could you explain the portions that are difficult for you to understand?  To provide a bit of background for answering your questions, what is your major and what type of a background do you have?

I look forward to working through this with you.
