Titration - calculating molarity
« on: August 14, 2009, 01:29:46 AM »
Okay so i cannot remember how to calculate the molarity of a solution. These are my results:

I put a 20ml aliquot of 0.1M sodium thiosulfate in a flask and added starch.
The average amount of iodine required to turn the solution blue was 12.39ml.

Can someone please tell me how to find the molarity of the iodine solution.
Thanks
