calculate adiabatic flame temperature?

When a substance is burned at constant volume with no heat loss, so that all the heat is
used to heat the product gases, the temperature obtained is known as the “adiabatic flame temperature.” Calculate this quantity for one mole of methane burned in just enough O2 to give complete combustion, beginning at 373 K. Use data from webbook.nist.gov and the following heat capacities,

C (CO ) / J K^-1 mol^-1 = 44.22 + 8.79E-3  T/K
C (H O) / J K^-1 mol^-1 = 30.54 + 1.03E-3  T/K

any idea on how to start this problem?
