Towards (CH3)2S, correct sequence of Lewis acidic strength is
 
         
  1.GaCl3 > AlCl3 > BCl3 
 
     
  2. BCl3 > AlCl3 > GaCl3 
 
       
  3. AlCl3 > GaCl3 > BCl3 
 
     
  4.BCl3 > GaCl3 > AlCl3

As (CH3)2S is non-polar solvent , the order should be 1) GaCl3 > AlCl3 > BCl3
