In the equation:
x/m = k * C^1/n (the Langmuir isotherm)
what would be some typical values of k and 1/n for the adsorption of acetic acid on activated charcoal? I just need an approximate value, because I have no idea whether k can be 1, 100, 1000 or more. Same goes for 1/n. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
