How do I do this two problems about Reaction Rates, they are already answered, but I dont know the process or steps to the answer, just the formula/equations needed to solve each would be appreciated.

I'd write the problems here myself as I read the forum rules, I just don't know the (^2) number's on top

PS. I have spent 2-3 hours trying over and over again with about 4 formulas to solve them and I found no formulas that did so, I did solve them with random arithmetics but I would rather know the formula.

The formula/equation I have is the following:

aA + bB ----> cC + dD

Rate =  -(1/a)(Δ{A}/Δt) = -(1/b)(Δ{B}/Δt)  =  (1/c)(Δ{C}/Δt) = (1/d)(Δ{D}/Δt)

the {} signs are concentrations I used instead of []

if this is the only formula/equation needed then just tell me how because I tried and it did not give me the result.
