I'm struggling in Orgo and I could use a hand

I havent taken basic chem in a while and I just started an orgo class. I'm trying to figure out how to do a complete combustion reaction. I watched this video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azyRhMQziGw
and set off to do it.
I thought I had it all figured out then I checked the answers and it's apparent I missed something. I scanned in my work, included the correct answer and the formula I was using.
Thanks!

You're not really wrong, the instructor just multiplied both sides by two to clear the decimals.
