galvanic cell

If you have a galvani cell like this:

Pt | H2 (101.32 kPa) | HCl ( 0.01 m ) | AgCl, Ag

How can you draw a reactions that occurs in the cell?

first you have to understand what the representation means. What is present in your cell as electrolyte, what are the electrodes?
Then look up possible oxidation/reduction reactions that can happen and reason our which will most likely happen.

I know what the symbols meaning. But still, how can you know reaction?
