Could someone be kind enough to explain this NMR AND CNMR in a easy way to understand. I am talkin about most deshielded to shielded. Thanks

Well the protons are deshielded if there are electron withdrawing groups (Chlorine for example) on the carbon. This molecule is highly electronegative, so it pulls electron density away from the carbon. Thus the protons on that carbon are deshielded by the chlorine. So carbons with chlorines attached have more deshielded protons. I just learned this but I hope that this helps.
