best way to dissolve very fine WPC powder

i test foreign matter of whey protein concentrate samples which are extremely fine powders and dont mix well, forming lumps and blocks sieve. i noticed adding boiling water created more lumps than warm water. any idea of what water temperature is best to dissolve these powders?

Just a guess - try initially with a very cold water, it should help make a homogeneous mixture.

Not that I ever worked with whey concentrates, this is just a cooking experience :)

thanks. actually i found the answer by using a bit of common sense myself. it is a highly proteinaceous material, cos its whey protein CONCENTRATE. then i googled whey protein coagulation temperature and it says 80-100C. no wonder it didnt dissolve in boiling water! will use about 60C next time.
