Tool for viewing and analysis of FTIR spectra

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone can recommend me a good FTIR spectra viewing tool that's compatible with Win7 and is possibly free.

I don't remember the details but there was something good (and free!) on the NIST website. Have you checked there?
