Rate constant

Is it correct that the rate constant is 2,5 M^-1·m^-1 ? I have calculated this by reading the graph, go 1 to the right and 0,5 up. 1 to the right is equal to 25 mints and 0,5 up equals to 0,1. Then i multiply 0,5 with 25 =2,5 2,5 M^-1·m^-1

See attached file, thanks in advance :)

is it also correct that the initial concentration is 0,48M^-1 ?
