Mendeleev chemistry olympiad
« on: January 02, 2013, 09:23:45 AM »
Hi everyone, I heard that there is held annual mendeleev chemistry olympiad of eastern Europe and some Asia countries. I was told that problems in this olympiad are even harder than in ICHO. However I can't find out anything more about this olympiad, I didn't even find the official website of it. Does anyone know anything about this olympiad? It would be great if you shared a link of website where I could get some information. I would be grateful for your help.

Sad that it is not in English. I could possibly understand something with the translator, but it would take too much time. Anyway, some scheme-based problems could be useful. Thanks for sharing this.

They are not harder than the international problems.  I doubt that one can run out of IChO problems to solve.

I found this olympiad much harder than IChO. Moreover, students who do not take any place in Mendeleev Olympiad, easily get one in IChO
