Stearic acid is so oily even when it is solid (at room temperature). I wanna know if there is any way to reduce this oily or fatness percentage.

Stearic acid is a fatty acid and reducing the "fatness" would involve altering the molecule and removing the long hydrocarbon chain. However Its not stearic acid anymore...its something else.
I hope that helps.
