Hello, I am working with meat and i want to measure TBAR values. This is my first time. I found some methods but i could not follow through with them. Here is what they said:

"TBARS was measured using the TBA extraction method
by Witte et al. (1970). A 10 g sample was homogenized
with [25 mL trichloroacetic acid (TCA) of 20% (in
2 M phosphoric acid)
and centrifuged at 14,000 rpm for 2
min. Distilled water, 50 mL, was then added to the homogenized
sample and stirred for 1 min. After a filtration, 5
mM TBA was added to 5 mL of the filtered solution. The
mixture was incubated for 15 h and then absorbance was
measured at 530 nm. TBARS were calculated by the following
equation."

When it said "in 2M phosphoric acid" how would i make that?
