chemistry help (hybridization state)

Indicated the hybridisation state of all the non-hydrogen atoms in the following molecules,

CH3COCH2OCH3 and HCCCN

i can't really seem to understand my chemistry teacher, and i really need to pass this coursework to get into university, all help is very much appreciated!

I understand..the problem is i know nothing about hybridisation, and i've googled and watch youtube videos but with no avail. I was hoping when someone answered the question, it would come with an explanation helping me understand it abit more. I am currently doing a foundation which is a-levels and university chemistry combined, and it is killing me  ???

If every chemist had that same attitude, we would have about 3 known organic chemical reactions………Im not sure I understand your diction very well either…..It is hard to answer these types of questions.  Telling you the answer does not help you learn it.
