Identifying an unknown IR spectrum
« on: May 31, 2014, 03:28:32 PM »
Hello,

I was wondering wether somebody could help me identify a spectrum I have obtained. This is a spectrum of a mixture of organic powders or crystals. In my opinion I think this spectrum contains mannitol and proteins / amino acids, in addition to possible amounts of sucrose present. According to the information I have the mixture consists of sugars and proteins. I also sure that no ketones and aldehydes are present. I will be thankful for some help. I have a picture of the spectrum attached.

Thankyou
