About nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction
« on: June 28, 2014, 03:04:08 PM »
You know, you can add some nucleophile such as OH- ion to replace Cl or F atoms on electron deficient ring (SNAr).

I am wondering if it is possible to replace the fluorine with hydrogen atom, i.e. using sodium hydride?

Any experience or knowledge about how to replace the F with H???
