Analytical Chemistry Textbooks and tips to start?
« on: July 09, 2014, 12:50:03 AM »
Hi all,

I am going to start reading the Analytical Chemistry component, and I am undecided between two textbooks Skoog or Harris.

Which textbook provides concise, logical and straightforward explanations?

Any tips to bear in mind while beginning this quantitative part are appreciated.

There is no single answer to such questions, as which book is better is a subjective opinion - what suits one person, doesn't have to suit someone else. Best approach is to try both of them - you should be able to browse them in a library.

You can try any of the options in the Sticky topic at the head of this sub-forum, as well.
