Do peroxide reactions tend to give Markovnikov products versus anti-Markovnikov products?

There are many reactions involving peroxides, can you be more specific? I think Kharash Addition might be the one you are looking for

Well, I am doing a practice test that wants to know what is NOT true of reactions involving peroxides.

I think the answer is "they are regio-selective" now though because radicals attack everything right? Or is the correct answer that "they tend to give an anti-Markovnikov product"?
