More easier is to go to a gas station and buy 1 liter. The synthesis make no sense in school class room.

Quite the opposite - it is relatively easy to make biodiesel, which makes it a reasonable idea for a school project.

Making it pure and good enough to be poured into your car is much more challenging.

I am not sure is it easy to cook a fat or Raps oil  with methanole to get trans ester reaction.  Also special vaccum destillation equipment is necessary.

I am not going to post links to simple recipes that can be googled in no time, especially when it is a thing that OP should do even before asking the question. But there are plenty of those and they are quite often suggested as a school project just because they are simple and - contrary to what you suggest - they don't require any sophisticated equipment.

I have made a bit, here and there.  A separatory funnel is helpful, but overall it is not a difficult reaction.  Washing the biodiesel with water was a little tricky on a larger scale, if I recall correctly.
