Introduction to Computer Aided Drug Design?

Hey everyone,

I'm relatively new to this forum so sorry if this is in the wrong place.

I was just curious if anyone knew of any decent literature on the basics of using CADD software to run simulations of drug/enzyme reactions etc?

That's a pretty broad question.  Chapter 4 in this book might get you started, at least with background:  Drug Discovery Research: New Frontiers in the Post-Genomic Era

For a frairly basic intro try the Book by Leach.
