I would like to buy this column. And I was wondering where to buy cheap column.

Since you mention a particular brand name for your column, and not some sort of generalized chemistry, I think you will have to buy from the company and pay what they ask.  If the company has other distributors of their columns, you may be able to work out a deal with the distributor -- you buy so many dollars of other reagents they add a discount to your column order, or something like that.
