Seems from this paper
http://pubs.rsc.org/en/content/articlepdf/2008/NJ/B800122G
that it doesn't have a special IUPAC name, they refer to all those ions as oxonium ions while citing the formula. Did a quick google search and saw it called hydrogen ion tetrahydrate somewhere, which I guess would be obvious to everyone what it means.
