Can I drink sodium chloride mixed with magnesium sulphate
« on: September 12, 2014, 08:07:23 AM »
I am trying a detox and drank the salt water detox made with seasalt and warm water, when you drink 2 liters, it causes a bowel flush. Ok next I tried the Epsom salt flush which also causes a diahorea and cleans out your colon. Now I wonder what happens if I mix the two together nacl2 and mgso4 and wonder if it will be safe to drink, if in the mixing process we produce mgcl and naso. Is this still safe to drink? Or is it poisonous to the body? Couldn't find answers on search engines so I figured someone on forum will know. Thanks for your *delete me*

Ask a medical doctor.

I would not drink myself, sounds awful.
