Compound dissociation

There are two compounds ChloroAcetic Acid and Formic Acid , the ChloroAcetic Acid dissociates more readily than other, why? what is the reason , after all both are acids , then why help ? thanks

Read through the replies and hopefully it will make sense to you ;)

As you do so, what is the obvious difference in the two acids in your question?
How do you think that difference effects the readiness of the hydrogen to dissociate?
Change and decay in all around I see;

hmm , so after figuring  out for hours i got something weird, see bro Chloroacetic acid is stronger, because it contains (more electronegative) chlorine atoms in the place of (less electronegative) hydrogen

is my reason valid , correct me if i m wrong :/

Yup, you are correct ;D
The difference comes from the inductive affect.
