What is the reaction with Choline Salicylate, H2O and Diphenhydramine HCl?  What are the precipitates when in an aqueous solution(water)?  Does the polarity of the water have some effect on the two chemicals?  Will  a solvent help as in Polyethylene Glycol stabilize the solution?
