I wanna Calculate the rate constant of s complex. In the laboratory we have been Measuring the extinction of a complex with the photometer. Once with 22 degrees all 30 seconds and once with 10 degrees Every minute. And now I have to calculate the Half life which is easy, but I have difficulties measuring the rate constant k...please help me out here

you can't measure the rate constant of a complex, only of reaction. how is the rate constant related to the half life? assuming a unimolecular reaction.
